Clubhouse Grand Opening

At a Broker / Salesperson event held this week Lauren and I had an opportunity to tour the new clubhouse and amenities at Regency at Summerlin.  The Clubhouse itself is a marvel of architecture and design that is absolutely stunning.  Centered in the heart of the community just inside the main gate the clubhouse will impress all those who enter the Age 55+ Luxury Neighborhood in the hills of the Las Vegas valley. 

Housed inside the 22,000 square foot facility there is an indoor pool and spa with windows that showcase the amazing views of the surrounding mountains. 

There is also a fitness center that includes strength equipment and cardio machines as well as a room for classes and spin bikes.  A billiards room sits along side a demonstration kitchen where classes are held and a dining area for the participants. 

Outdoors the resort style pool and spa offers views of the community and the city with sparking fountains that make the pool even more enticing than it already is.  The pool is surrounded the multiple outdoor dining and hang out areas that are furnished lavishly and incorporate large flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.  Common area’s around the pool and green and lush with umbrella’s for shade and a generous amount of palm trees and other foliage.  Multiple Tennis and Pickle Ball courts border the perimeter of the complex as well as bocce ball and access to 150 miles of surrounding bike and walking paths.  There is an on-site lifestyle director responsible for organizing social events such as cocktail parties and billiard tournaments inside the Regency clubhouse. 

We have loved this 55+ community since it’s inception and now with the clubhouse and amenities come to life I think The Regency will be the premier active adult community in the Las Vegas / Henderson area for years to come.
