During the Summer of 2016, we had the pleasure of selling several pre-construction new homes at  Regency at Summerlin 55+ community inside The Cliffs Village in Summerlin.

Early in the summer months Lauren Stark-Scholl and I toured the model homes at Regency and met with the on-site staff to get a clear picture of what this new project by Toll Brothers was all about.  There are three collections.
