Lake Las Vegas HOA dues are $459 per quarter and the South Shore HOA dues are about $1017 per quarter – so roughly $645 pm. Additionally, Mantova Residents would pay their own HOA dues which are about $500-700 per month.
That said, The South Shore of Lake Las Vegas is just so beautiful and secluded and private. There is a guard gate, beautiful landscaping, water views, roving security patrol, and if you are lucky, you will even see small herds of mountain goats along the golf course!
